Arihant Jain
Co-Founder, JV AssociatesWith a robust career in Civil Engineering with over 6+ years of Experience, Arihant has accumulated significant expertise in various roles. As a Senior Structural Designer at STRUCTURES in Jalgaon and Nashik region, he excelled in Structural Analysis, Design, Detailing, and quantity surveying under the mentorship of an experienced Senior Engineers in the Firm. Prior to this, he served as a Structural Designer at Ami Engineers in Ahmedabad region. He also held the position of Senior Associate Civil Engineer at Marathon Group where, the major role was managing construction projects for the Marathon Zaver Arcade high-rise tower in Mumbai, the role includes Planning, Estimation, Contracts, Site execution, and Billing. Additionally, he also contributed to Academia as a Teaching Assistant at CEPT University, Ahmedabad.
Bhavesh Vaishnav
Co-Founder, JV AssociatesBhavesh is a Structural Engineer with over 7+ years of experience in structural analysis, design, and detailing of residential, commercial, and high-rise developments. He holds an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from G H Raisoni University, Amravati and was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence. His project portfolio includes 10+ storey residential buildings, a 36-meter-high apartment complex, and a 10,000 sq. ft. luxury bungalow, along with multiple commercial and public infrastructure projects across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Delhi, and Pune. With strong command over AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and SAFE, Bhavesh delivers safe, economical, and execution-ready structural solutions with a practical, site-oriented approach.
